In January 2024 I am / I did travel to Bali by myself to spend a month immersed in yoga, movement, meditation, and the most tremendous heART energy I have ever experienced.
Each of the EIGHT lessons are supplemented by an art journaling version of the lesson AND a meditation inspired by the energy of the people, the land and the spirit of Bali.
After traveling to Bali in Spring 2023, I felt called to return. This is the first time I have travelled alone for this long in this remote of a location. I know there is a bigger reason and I can't wait to share it with you here.
I know many of you know me and have been a member of this studio for a long time, and for that i am incredibly grateful.
For those of you new to this space, welcome and it is for YOU that I created this course.

We gather to paint, to connect, to share, to meditate... they are pop-up style because I don't like to commit too far in advance (I also paraglide, ski, hike...in my mountain valley home, so the weather often determines my schedule).
